The 2025 IRONMAN 70.3 Da Nang Newborns Community Run was an unforgettable celebration of endurance, compassion, and hope. 1,000 lifesavers ran, walked, danced and cheered their way through 5km of joy, unity, and purpose. Together, we raised our voices, and our feet, for one powerful message: Every Baby Matters.

From just 50 runners ten years ago to a sea of supporters today, this Community Run is more than an event, it’s a movement. In those ten years, we’ve grown from one hospital in Da Nang to a national newborn resuscitation programme reaching 171 hospitals in 62 provinces. Thanks to the incredible energy of our runners, fast or slow, young and old, we’ve funded life-saving training for over 1,000 doctors, nurses, and midwives, with hundreds more supported each year through our NLS scholarship scheme.

Thank you to every runner, every sponsor, every child, every cheerleader, as well as some of the amazing teams joining the Community Run this year: Flash Team, Da Nang Tri, St. Nicholas School, Duy Tan University, Food Production College, VN UK, Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa, Hyatt Regency Da Nang, Wink Da Nang, and many more who are running to say Every Baby Matters. You’re helping to give newborns across Vietnam the chance to survive and thrive. Together, we are rewriting the first moments of life.
