Newborns feeling good at the Vietnam Mountain Marathon, the Newborns team and UPRACE participants were ‘Inspired to Run’ to help the next newborn survive. Amazing atmosphere, pride and elation from so many runners waving their Newborns flags. Great showing by all our runners, the pictures capture the magic of VMM, the personal challenge and the joy of giving back. On Sunday the final day of VMM and UPRACE, Newborns Ambassador Quan Trang led out the runners for the 10 km trail run giving quiet encouragement to first time runners. Huge elation as we all conquered the mountain and enjoyed the finale presentation, medals for great performances, and an emotional moment as David Lloyd, VMM Sports Director, presented a cheque for 400 million VND to Suzanna, Newborns, Director. Wonderful support especially great at the start of our programme to support improving newborn care in Lao Cai province ! Thank you VMM, Topas Travel, Newborns & UPRACE runners 1.3 million km.
