Newborns Vietnam is delighted to announce that Chim Sao Premier Oil is the Title sponsor for our Cycle a Difference Asian Business Ride 2016. This is Premier Oil’s fourth year as Title sponsor, in the past two years with support from the Chim Sao companies.
Premier Oil, its staff and cyclists have played a vital role in supporting our work to reduce needless newborn deaths through the company’s sponsorship, staff fund raising and cycling hundreds of kms to provide British led training for nurses and doctors at the Da Nang Hospital for Women & Children. In four years our neonatal education partnership has reduced mortality by more than 50%. Together we have given many families the gift of life, the promise of a bright and healthy future for their babies who were born too soon, too small and too sick.
This year Le Xuan Dong veteran of Cycle a Difference 2015 will lead the Premier cycling team and is busy training some new riders from the Chim Sao companies. Newborns Vietnam is hugely grateful for the support at all levels of the company.
