Together, we can save newborn lives – will you join us?

Support Us

Today, we are thanking Philips, they see healthcare as a connected whole to help people to live healthily and prevent disease. We joined forces in 2018 for the Red River Run with 600 doctors/nurses doing a 3km run between 2 hospitals, a 24-hour relay from Hanoi to Lao Cai, with donations of much need equipment to Lai Cai Obstetrics and Newborn Hospital. Inspired by the impact of running they joined UpRace as a Newborn sponsor in 2020, at the end of week one the Philips team has clocked up an impressive 2,178. Leading the field is Mr. Pham Ngoc Dong with an impressive 222 km, despite tired muscles he powers on, inspiring the Philips Vietnam team and colleagues in the Singapore regional office.

In addition to the Uprace Newborns sponsorship and donating their km, Philips want to do more to help Newborns keep mothers and babies safe a new collaboration for imaging training for provincial hospitals will be born from UpRace.

Remember, tomorrow 11th November is a special day with double km if you use the UpRace App to record your run.
