Together, we can save newborn lives – will you join us?

Support Us

Feeling proud of Moc Chau General Hospital. Well done to the neonatal team, who were bursting with pride as they showed us all the changes in the newborn nurseries. It was so moving to see mothers and fathers doing Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) and content happy babies in their loving embrace. Great to see the team confident to keep mother and baby together for CPAP and phototherapy. Dad with his preterm son snuggled inside the KMC binder in his puffer jacket brought tears to my eyes.

MTTS and Newborns Vietnam were proud to handover equipment, infant warmers and phototherapy machines to support the great work the team are doing! Newborns thanks our partner MTTS for their generous support and the six companies that sponsored the equipment.

Congratulations to the 8 obstetric and neonatal staff who successfully completed our European Resuscitation Council supported Newborn Life Support (NLS) training and to the doctor selected for instructor training, good to have a Northern provincial hospital as part of the future national training team. Thanks to VTM and Topas Travel for supporting our training programme for general and district hospitals in Son La Provinces.
