Together, we can save newborn lives – won’t you join us?

Support us

Eating for Newborns was officially launched on Tuesday with a brilliant evening of burgers and celebration in the presence of Gareth Ward the British Ambassador along with superstar couple Kim Ly and Ho Ngoc Ha.

The day started with an emotional visit to the NICU at Vietnam’s National Children’s Hospital to see some of the amazing work our doctors and nurses do, caring for the smallest and sickest babies, and to gain a fuller understanding of the obstacles our UK/Vietnam teams face and the help that is needed. Later that evening, Richie and his team at Chops set up a fantastic evening to kick off Eating for Newborns, a new tasty way to donate.

Now whenever you go into any Chops restaurant in Hanoi and order ‘The Chop Burger’, 10,000vnd is donated to Newborns to help with our goal of zero preventable deaths of newborns in Vietnam. We all have a role to play in helping improve the life chances of newborns, one burger at a time.

A big thanks to Richie, Greg and the Chops team for making the wonderful launch event possible and leading the way for the hospitality industry in Hanoi. A special thanks to Kim Ly, Ho Ngoc Ha, the British Ambassador and everyone else who came to the event in support of Eating for Newborns.
