Together, we can save newborn lives – won’t you join us?

Support us

Newborns Vietnam and Vietnam National Children’s Hospital (VNCH) are feeling happy and proud! So many smiling faces at the graduation ceremony. Many congratulations to Dr Thuy, Dr Hao and Dr Nga, who successfully completed their UK Level 1 neonatal post graduate training. These three doctors have had to work extra hard to complete their clinical studies and examinations in English. The presentation of the certificates by Her Excellence, Cecilia Piccioni the Italian Ambassador to Vietnam added a special sparkle to the event. We were delighted to welcome Mr. Nguyen Minh Loi – Vice Director, Department of Science, Technology and Training, Ministry of Health. This was a wonderfully warm event, as we also celebrated Professor Colin Partridge’s fiftieth training visit to VNCH and his sixth year for Newborns Vietnam. Professor Le Thanh Hai, Director, VNCH gave an inspiring address, we are building a foundation for change in training and the care of newborns, nurturing a new generation of young doctors to build a better future. Newborns, Chairman paid tribute to the programme sponsors, VNG Corporation, Isa Climbing Challenge, Premier Oil, Viet Medical and supporting sponsors Accorhotels North, Vietnam Airlines and Hilton Hotel and highlighted the incredible impact of the ‘UPRACE 2018’.
