Support us

Newborns Vietnam and Da Nang Hospital for Women and Children feeling proud. Graduation day for eleven junior doctors who successfully completed their UK Level 2 neonatal post graduate training.  The training is based on the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health curriculum and all the assessments and two examinations are in English. The celebration started with a congratulatory visit from Gareth Ward, British Ambassador to Vietnam, followed by the awards ceremony, Cosimo Jencks, Newborns Vietnam and Ms Nguyen Thi Toan, Da Nang Department of Health presented the certificates, a very proud moment for the young doctors, future leaders in neonatal care in Vietnam. Dr Chau and Dr Hanh were elated and happy to receive a prize for the best electronic record of the two-year training journey and an outstanding project. The occasion was also an opportunity to thank our course director, Dr Alyson Skinner for her excellent teaching and commitment to the programme, and to thank our long-term sponsors the Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa and the Accorhotels Central Vietnam.
