On one of my recent trips to Da Nang I brought some knitted teddies over to the neonatal unit that were very kindly knitted by some elderly friends at my mum’s pensioner club. When teaching the nurses on the neonatal course about the importance of correct positioning of preterm babies in improving outcome I decided to use the teddies to demonstrate the positioning to them. You can see from the pictures that it was a fun way to learn about an important topic in neonatal care.
