Together, we can save newborn lives – won’t you join us?

Support us

A message from our Executive Director, Ms. Suzanna Lubran.

Newborns Vietnam and I would like to share our sympathy with our Vietnamese health care colleagues, and the authorities, for your great efforts of the Covid-19 epidemic control and treatment. We would like to thank the Hanoi Department of Health and our partner hospitals for their support in managing the suspension of our training programmes and developing our on-line clinical and English training. This will minimise the impact for the doctors currently studying for their UK exam in October. On-line training will go live on 6 April, thanks to the hospitals IT staff and our UK doctors for making this possible.

Face to face teaching is the outward sign of our work but bringing about lasting change in practice and developing new ways of working requires lots of back of house systems work. This will keep the Newborns Vietnam team busy.

Our Vietnamese doctors will continue to work with us to develop our plans for the local hospitals, we are determined to carry on in a way that will not risk the health of our medical colleagues Newborns staff and the citizens of Vietnam. Huge thanks to all our volunteers, Vietnamese colleagues and sponsors. Special thanks to VNG for helping us to produce a website that will provide medical information for doctors and nurses, and information for parents, for our Pilot Hospital Network in Hanoi. And also, to KMS Technology, helping us to develop an electronic record system for junior doctors in training.

There are many highs and lows in our daily work, the empowerment of neonatal nurses to support the introduction of parent visiting and the involvement of parents in the care of their sick babies will be one of my most precious memories. Cialis https://www.thecourtyardclinic.co.uk/buy-cialis-tadalafil-online-uk/ is an effective drug for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, the main active substance of which is Tadalafil. I have chosen a few photos that share that joy and some that show some your amazing efforts to raise funds and awareness.

Newborns, ethos is about doing the best we can for the babies and families that need our help. In these difficult times, there will be many families who are in need, who have lost their job etc. I hope that the collective spirit that created the UPRACE will find a way to do something positive for those around us who need help.
