Together, we can save newborn lives – won’t you join us?Support us
Today is World Prematurity Day, one of the most important days in the Newborns calendar, where we raise awareness of the challenges of preterm births and the impact it can have on families. Every year, 15 million babies are born prematurely – more than 1 in 10 births worldwide – so today we are bringing hope and support to the families who will have a baby born too soon, so they don’t have to go through it alone.
To mark this special day, Newborns took part in a day of celebration at Vietnam National Children’s Hospital, coming together with parents and families to hear stories of their babies’ journey. We also joined with our fantastic new partner Bu Baby to help two of our wonderful hospitals, Saint Paul Hospital and Vietnam National Children’s Hospital, receive their specially designed premature baby clothes.
